Fascia is a network of layers connective tissue like a web that surrounds your muscles, nerves, bones, organs and joints. Without your facia you would fall apart. The tissue does more than provide internal structure; fascia has nerves that make it almost as sensitive as skin. When stressed it tightens up.
Pretty much everybody! Whether you sit at a desk all day or run marathons. Or just had hip replacement or workout like a beast in the gym 6 days a week. If you have a injury that you are concerned about, please consult a doctor before getting stretchd.
That depends on your schedule and goals. I promise Stretchd will be the highlight of your day. In a 1 hour Stretchd session no muscle will go untouched. In a 90 min session we can spend extra time on those extra tight spots so you can truly relax.
You will feel be a difference right away. But remember I can't make miracles happen;). 2-3 sessions needed before you feel more consistent relief. Then just like anything else you will need to stick to a maintenance plan.
